On June 10, 2025 the City Council voted 5-0 to award the renovation of the Civic Center Coliseum restrooms to Tri-State General Contracting Group, Inc. through a Sourcewell cooperative contract for $1,846,147, funded from Amarillo-Potter Events Venue District funds.
