Council awards $422,770 Civic Center boiler replacement from Venue District funds
On November 18, 2025 the City Council approved, on its 5-0 consent agenda, a $422,770 award to Tri-State General Contracting Group, Inc. to remove and replace seven boilers, an expansion tank, a variable frequency drive and a hot water loop pump at the Civic Center, funded from Amarillo-Potter Events Venue District funds.[1]
