Hillside Terrace customers report water bills of $300 to $700
Customers in the Hillside Terrace neighborhood reported bills of $300 to $700, or bills that quadrupled from the prior month. The City said fewer than 1% of the 10,000 accounts in the district that includes Hillside Terrace were estimated in July and August. Finance Director Laura Storrs said all accessible meters were being read and explained the ACT (actual) and EST (estimated) codes printed on bills.[1]
