Amarillo begins its red-light camera program with American Traffic Solutions The City of Amarillo begins a red-light camera program operated by American Traffic Solutions. Later accounts give the start as 2007 (Public Works Director, 2019), 2008 (a 2017 Public Works study, as reported in 2019) or 2009 (a 30-day grace period, per a city transportation official in 2018).
