Council votes 4-1 to publish notice of intent for up to $35 million in certificates of obligation
After staff presented options (renovate existing City Hall about $5.5 million, demolish and rebuild about $28.5 million, relocate to the Amarillo Hardware building about $31 million), the council approved publishing notice of intent to issue up to $35 million in certificates of obligation.
