⚠ Sources differ
The designation of Fermi's subzone differs between sources: the Federal Register approval notice and the FTZ Board's approval letter call it Subzone 252B, while the City's Fermi project page labels the approval letter and Fermi's rebuttal 'FTZ Subzone 252A'. On September 22, 2026 the FTZ Board designated the Phillips 66 subzone in Borger as Subzone 252A.
