Phillips 66 Borger subzone moves to Amarillo's FTZ 252 as Subzone 252A
The Foreign-Trade Zones Board (Order No. 2185) approved reissuing the Phillips 66 Company subzone in Borger, Texas from the City of Midland (FTZ 165) to the City of Amarillo, grantee of FTZ 252, and redesignated it Subzone 252A. Recorded here because the City's Fermi page labels Fermi's subzone documents "252A" while the Board designated Fermi's subzone 252B.[1]
