Council approves $1,423,978.20 landfill compactor lease; city manager addresses TCEQ conditions
At the May 26 meeting City Manager Grayson Path shared a statement about the landfill and conditions with TCEQ. On its consent agenda, approved 5-0, the council approved a five-year lease of a landfill compactor from Cat Financial/Warren Cat for $1,423,978.20, the scheduled replacement of a unit at the end of its useful life.[1]
