The City's single audit for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2025, by CliftonLarsonAllen and accepted by the Federal Audit Clearinghouse on June 30, 2026, lists $1,863,991 in Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds spending for the year. The program was not tested as a major program and has no findings; the audit's nine findings concern other federal programs.[1]
The City's single audits list recovery-fund (ALN 21.027) expenditures of $27,684,223 in fiscal 2022, $2,936,033 in fiscal 2023, $6,209,519 in fiscal 2024 and $1,863,991 in fiscal 2025, a total of $38,693,766 through September 30, 2025 (sum computed). The fiscal 2021 audit lists no 21.027 expenditures.[2][3][4][1]
