City Council approves Amendment No. 2 to the AEDC-Texas Tech incentive agreement, 5-0
At its January 13, 2026 regular meeting the City Council approved Amendment No. 2 to the Amended Location Incentive Agreement between the AEDC and Texas Tech University, presented by AEDC interim president Doug Nelson. The motion by Councilmember David Prescott, seconded by Councilmember Tim Reid, passed 5-0.[1]
